Conclusion

I have thoroughly enjoyed this program and style of learning. It has given me more confidence and improved my knowledge of the Web 2.0 and how to use these options in the library service. I will be sharing my new knowledge with my work team to help and encourage them to learn these skills too. Great work SLQ and Mary. Brilliant work. Keep it up.
